At Dr Motox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
